Is it best to get a thread lift before or after C02 laser resurfacing? And how long should you wait inbetween?

I have acne scarring which I’d like to treat with full face C02 laser resurfacing. I lo have early signs if sagging in the Jowl area and Nadia label folds . I’m considering thread lift but want I know the correct order to do them in or is it best to focus on one.

I always recommend that any skin treatment is performed ahead of thread
lifting. Treatments such as laser resurfacing stimulate collagen production,
giving the threads more to latch onto during treatment, and help to deliver an
even better result.

Thank you for your
question. All treatments should always be considered on a case by case basis,
including the order in which they are carried out.  On balance, I would always recommend skin
treatments such as C02 laser should be performed a few weeks before thread
lifting treatment in order to stimulate your natural collagen production, and
give the threads more to latch onto during treatment.  In this way it will be possible to address
your sagging jowl area and naso-labial folds most effectively and build on
phase one of your treatment.   If you
have a Silhouette Soft thread treatment you will also find that the collagen stimulated
will also help with your acne scarring. 
You may also want to consider having some Ellanse dermal filler which is
my go to treatment for acne scarring as it fills the pits and also stimulates
greater collagen production in the ensuing weeks.

Personally, I prefer aggressive skin treatments to be done prior to the threading procedure. This way the skin is in better shape for the procedure and likewise better results.
