Hi I'm one week post op for gynecomastia on both sides. One side is good and the nipple doesn't move when I flex however the other side has a slight crater at rest and will dip into my chest when I lean forward or bring my arm to my side and flex. Is this an instant sign of adhesions and too much gland being removed or is it something that could change over the coming months? I'll be patient and keep my vest on for another 6 weeks as well as massaging the area daily. Many thanks!
