Will cheek filler balance out my short face and small chin? (photos)

Facial sculpting and contouring of the face can be created with well-placed fillers (Voluma, Contour, Radiesse, Bellafill) and Sculptra, which would give improvement in facial balance. Hello, and thanks for your question. Unfortunately, it is very difficult to suggest a specific treatment plan based on the provided photos. However, I think you would benefit from more volume in your chin, perhaps with filler vs. a permanent chin implant. I also think you would benefit from botox to your masseters (chewing muscles) to thin them, as they appear thickened. I would not add any volume to your cheeks or lips. To minimize the risk of complications and maximize the likelihood of a favorable outcome, I recommend that you only get treated by a well-trained and experienced dermatologist or plastic surgeon. Cheek fillers do not have to be injected in excess. As results with dermal fillers are immediate, you can have the filler injected in sessions. Cheek fillers improve lower face contour by tightening and lifting the middle face. This can improve your jowl area. If you want tighter skin without volume, you can explore thread lift for the cheeks.
