Will cheek filler balance out my short face and small chin? (photos)

Facial sculpting and contouring of the face can be created with well-placed fillers (Voluma, Contour, Radiesse, Bellafill) and Sculptra, which would give improvement in facial balance. However, I think you would benefit from more volume in your chin, perhaps with filler vs. a permanent chin implant. I also think you would benefit from botox to your masseters (chewing muscles) to thin them, as they appear thickened. I would not add any volume to your cheeks or lips. To minimize the risk of complications and maximize the likelihood of a favorable outcome, I recommend that you only get treated by a well-trained and experienced dermatologist or plastic surgeon.
