It is difficult to determine from the photograph how much improvement you will achieve from Botox injections into the temporalis muscle. Examination in person help delineate which changes are caused by muscle and which by bone. Decreasing the muscle bulk while the adjacent bone courses not affected can even run the risk of look larger.
