Hello, Thank you for your question. There's shouldn't be an issues. Be sure to inform your physician prior to treatment to ensure there are no concerns with proceeding with treatment. Take care.
There should not be an issue with the effect of the drug where the injections themselves. If your muscle mass is increased, the dose of Botox required to achieve desired outcomes may go up. It is always a good idea to check with the doctor who prescribed other medications to determine whether they have any concerns about drug interactions with Botox.
There probably won't be any issue, but make sure to let your surgeon know in advance. May increase your bruising so just be aware. Best, Dr. Nazarian
I don't think there will be a problem with the Botox, however if your blood pressure is elevated you will have a greater risk of bleeding and bruising. I would be sure to tell your provider about this so they can take precaution.Good luck!
Thank you for your question. As far as I know it is not known if there are any interactions between anabolic steroids and botox and it is unlikely to be studied. Since it is not know interactions may exist. I advise you to tread lightly and follow up with your physician for proper evaluation and management. Regards, Dr. Matt Elias
It takes two weeks to see the full effect of Botox. If this result is after two weeks then I would definitely return for correction. Next time I would go to a board certified dermatologist who was trained in Botox injections for the best cosmetic results and not a med spa.
Yes, it is absolutely safe for you to go ahead and have the fillers and Botox at this time. There should be no contraindication at this point. Best, Dr. Green
Too much Botox can cause the eye to be heavy and feel as if your vision is temporarily impaired. This will return back to normal as the Botox wears off. I would consult with an eye doctor about the redness since this is not related to the Botox injections. Best, Dr. Green
