I grow hair under my chin, side burns and toes and fingers. Is there anything I can do to get rid of these hair? I have just started waxing my face but I still have high male hormones. Is there anything I can do?

You should have laser hair removal.  Most hair removal lasers (I use the Light Sheer Duet- a diode laser) will not only remove hair but they treat ingrown hairs.  Expect to be improved within the year.
