To move your umbilicus more to the center would require opening your lower incision and pulling the whole side over. doing so still not completely center the umbilicus. Or incisions to one side can be done to drag it over, but this will leave a larger scar and be more noticeable.
I don't see anything to change. I do a lot of tummy tucks and belly button surgeries and I am not sure what your concerns are. You have an excellent result to my eyes. May be best to be seen in person by a board certified plastic surgeon so that in person we can see what concerns you....
