Based on your pictures, you are a great candidate for liposuction with BBL, and I think you'll get very good results.
Liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You can improve your abdomen, back and flanks, and of course your buttock, to give you a nice heart shape.
In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 33 or less.
l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.

The BBL procedure will not correct just droopiness of your lower inner buttocks. To correct that you will need a tuck or an excision of skin.

Dr. Mendieta in Miami Florida has an excellent YouTube video on this. I believe he calls the procedure the Miami thong lift. Search under those words on YouTube and you will see a good description of your buttocks and the correct treatment.

Indentations cost by connective tissue bands similar to cellulite are not treated with a BBL and can be made worse.

The BBL primarily makes the buttocks larger and can add volume to those who lack sufficient volume in the hip area.

It does not technically lift the buttocks and will not correct the drip in this you show on your pictures of the inner lower buttocks.
