I lost around 20 lbs and my butt is still saggy and droopy, is a BBL the right option for me? (Photos)

I go to the gym 4x a week, I lost around 20 lbs &my butt I'm still saggy and droopy... I'm considering a BBL but want to be sure this is the correct procedure for me. Thoughts? I'm 5'3, 164 lbs so yes i still have more weight to lose i know that but will a bbl correct this issue? The pics i attached are my butt currently. The next is a photo edited to how i am wanting my butt to look The next one is my belly/butt from the side to show I do still have fat to lose.
