I go to the gym 4x a week, I lost around 20 lbs &my butt I'm still saggy and droopy... I'm considering a BBL but want to be sure this is the correct procedure for me. Thoughts? I'm 5'3, 164 lbs so yes i still have more weight to lose i know that but will a bbl correct this issue? The pics i attached are my butt currently. The next is a photo edited to how i am wanting my butt to look The next one is my belly/butt from the side to show I do still have fat to lose.

Answer: Lost 20lb and butt is droopy. I a bbl right for me? The simple answer is definitely yes! Hi, and thank you for posting your photos, but it’s hard to fully evaluate you without seeing your full back and front. In any case, I do not think you need to lose much weight because we still want to have enough fat for the bbl. As far as your wish pic, I feel this is very achievable. A bbl is often used to enhance the butt shape and not only to increase its size. I you like, I believe we can do both in your case. Best of luck, Dr. Miguel Mota

Answer: BBL candidate Dear kkvelle89, based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.
