How much bigger would my butt get with 800cc of fat?

How much bigger would my butt get with 800cc injected into each of my butt. I'm interested in making it look heart shaped. I'm aware some % gets absorbed and rest stays. The doctor told me he can graft 1500-2000cc out of me. In the photos I don't look like I have fat but in person they said I have enough to do one session and then another after I gain a little bit more weight. Thanks

Hello, thank you for your question. The amount of fat that you can transfer to your buttocks depends on how much fat you have to begin with. After liposuction, the fat that is obtained will be processed. The good fat can then be placed into the buttocks. With a lot of good fat, 1000 cc's of fat can possibly be injected depending on your body type. It is best to talk to a board certified plastic surgeon in person so that he/she can assess the areas and to be sure that this procedure will work best for you.

Hi, Its better to focus on whether getting 1600 cc's of quality is possible and I suspect it's not. Many surgeons seem to include the overall volume of the material injected not specifically the fat portion. For example, unless the fat is strained/drained it will contain other liquids in the total volume which will be absorbed by the body fairly quickly. So , while he might inject 800 cc per side the fat component of that will be less. From that number of cc's you must subtract the percentage that will naturally be lost, usually +/- 40 percent. I can't see the abdominal wall in your photo's but I suspect 1600 cc's is optimistic. Best of luck.

Harvesting 1600 mL of pure fat is going to be challenging.

In order to stay conservative I’m going to assume that your surgeon might be able to get a liter of pure fat after all the numbing solution has been separated

And 500 mL of grafted fat you will retain a total of 250 mL of long-term graft volume.

You can fill a plastic bag with 250 mL of water and you’ll get an idea of the kind of volume you will keep.

Your results are going to be subtle.
