I want to have arm and armpit vaser liposuction, I had coolsculpting 4 months ago in my upper arms and I did see some results on my right arm. However I didn't see much on my left arm and if I press my fingers on the treatment site I can feel little hard lumps. Im not sure if it's considered Paradoxical adipose hyperplasia since I saw some results and they're not all big and hard , it's just small lumps. Do you think I can do lipo on upper arms and is it possible to do it on my armpit too?
Answer: Can I do Vaser lipo to my arms and my armpits? Is it considered one area or two? Thank you for your question and photos. You were not a candidate for Coolsculpting to start with. You are not a candidate for an arm lift either; the arms are too fat and will yield a poor result. Now that you have hard lumps in the arms, need to wait until all the tissues soften up before you undergo surgery. VASER liposuction done together with Renuvion skin tightening at the same time will give you the best results. The whole arm is done circumferentially and also the upper lateral fullness that you circled outside the bra. See a board certified plastic surgeon for an in person consultation/evaluation. Hope you did not spend too much on the Coolsculpting. Good luck.

Answer: VASER to the arms and armpits? VASER is certainly a good option for the arms as it gives really good skin tightening. The armpit itself is a little more tricky as it contains lymphnodes and lymphatics which you don't really want to disrupt as that can lead to lymphoedema (permanent swelling of the arm).Best is to get assessed by a surgeon with experience in those areas and discuss the options available which will include lipo, brachioplasty, extended brachioplasty. hope that helps.Dr Wolf

Answer: Liposuction Candidate -- VASER HI DEF Liposculpture, ThermiRF, Fat Grafting, Renuvion, Inmode BodyTite, See an Expert You need a formal evaluation by an expert in body shaping and contouring to determine what is best. The best in body contouring not only removes fat with energy devices like VASER ultrasound but also internally heats the skin with radiofrequency devices such as Renuvion (J-Plasma), InMode BodyTite, and ThermiRF to heat the undersurface of the skin and tighten it at the same time as fat removal. These combinations are called 4D HI-DEF VASER Liposuction and can only be done by a well-trained body contouring specialist. At the same time, fat should be harvested and purified, with PRP and stem cells added, and then injected into muscles, indentations and cellulite to get body shaping and contouring. For a Brazilian butt lift (BBL), we inject the fat into the buttock for contouring and lifting, but fat can also be used in areas such as the chest/breast, arms/shoulders, calves and face. Cellulite should also be treated with a combination of Cellfina, subcision, and/or fillers such as Bellafill, Renuva synthetic fat, or Sculptra. If skin is very loose before surgery, then it will need to be removed: tummy tuck/abdominoplasty for lower abdominal skin; breast lift for excess breast skin; and/or a brachioplasty for loose arm skin. Overall, you need a full assessment, but simple liposuction alone will not tighten skin and needs a combination of various methods -- fat removal, skin tightening, defining, fat grafting, skin removal -- to get the best in body contouring and body sculpting. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer.

Answer: Vaser & Renuvion : Correction treatment for previous Coolsculpting result Thank you for sharing your pictures. Based on them, and your question Vaser Liposuction is a good option for you. Because you had cool sculpting, internal scar tissue formed enhances the bump you can feel. Vaser is a great way to melt fat and scar tissue. I would also recommend renuvion to ensure the best results possible, based on your current skin laxity.

Answer: Safety First. It is not safe to have liposuction in the armpit area, because there are a lot of nerves blood vessels. Which is the brachial plexus which innervates your upper extremity I agree with your assessment of the hard lumps in your arms. You can have liposuction of the other ares other than the arm pit.
