Why do some doctors say that Vaser lipo works for fibrosis and others say it makes it worse?

And others say it makes it worse? Why is that ? Can somebody have the perfect answer ?

if you use vaser lipo incorrectly or improperly it can cause fibrosis. it sometimes can also help get through previously bad liposuction fibrosis but often this needs tummy tuck or something else to fix.   I do significant amount of revision surgery you will need treatment that requires an expert.  Best, Dr. Emer.

The proof is in the pudding.

I am a believer that fibrosis is a condition of excessive previous liposuction where there’s a little fat left and excessive amounts of scar tissue have replaced the overzealous previous fat removal.

Any competent or experienced surgeon should know that more surgery leads to more scar tissue.

Perhaps those who haven’t done surgery long enough to experience patients who had multiple repeat procedures and followed them over time.

There are also those medicine medicine to feel like it’s some type of weakness to not have a treatment answer or feel like doing something is better than doing nothing.

In the end what’s most important is working consistently with highly experienced board-certified plastic surgeons who’ve been doing the same thing for many many years with stellar reputations.
