I'm curious about Vaser vs. PAL for PAH post CoolSculpting?

MissLady1231
My (mild case of) PAH has been confirmed and I'm in the process of finding a surgeon for corrective lipo. I've seen many surgeons have luck with Vaser but curious whether PAL can also get the job done in experienced hands? I read a small case study concluding that PAL as the only definitive way to get remove the fat; but haven't seen many mention it in their actual practice. Also, is 7 months post procedure enough time for the fat to soften? Thanks in advance!
