A temporal brow lift can be an excellent option to address the outside half of the brow. Temple lift is a quick operation and working down time is a day or two. Sutures come out in 4-5 days. If develop bruising, may take several days to disappear but can be covered with concealers. Cost varies with surgeons and where you do the surgery. May be $3500-7000. Good luck

 The brow position looks acceptable, therefore a browlift is not required and would make the patient  look too surprised. An upper blepharoplasty procedure would accomplish removing the excess skin on the upper lids creating the hooded look. Thank you for your photos. Looks like you are a good candidate for eyelid lift but if you want something more permanent and no more botox or surgery you should try ulthera. Is a permanent solution and has good results for lifting the lateral tail of the eyebrow. Hope this helps

Dear Leopard Orquid, In patients like yourself who start to see aging in the upper half of the face I perform an endoscopic brow lift with mid-face suspension. With an endoscopic brow lift you use a small four mm endoscope and five small incisions in the hairline and lift the facial tissues away from their attachments. The entire facial unit of skin, muscle and soft tissue is then lifted like a mask upward and laterally. The tissues are then reattached, and no skin or scalp is removed as in most cases of a temple lift so the hairline is not elevated. The brows are not over elevated and are back to their pre-aging position naturally at the brow ridge. This restores a natural and youthful appearance to the face. The recovery is very quick with minimal bruising and no tell tale signs of surgery. Most patients state "they look the same as they did in their photographs from ten years earlier." From a facial aesthetic standpoint your brows are at an excellent position. Any higher would leave you with a permanent surprised look. From your photos it looks like the better choice would be an upper blepharoplasty, a procedure with nearly invisible scars and rapid almost painless recovery.
