It looks like what was supposed to be a simply upper eyelid surgery ended up pulling the corner of my eyes up and making my eyes appear smaller and less almond shape. Top pic is after bottom before. Can anything short of another surgery correct this? Fillers, botox? I'm really sad because I specifically asked the surgeon if it would change the shape of my eyes and he brushed me off.

I believe this mostly depends on your surgeon's experience. Oculoplastic surgeons do go through ophthalmology training, so they are better equipped to handle the eye complex as a whole. Generally when I see a patient with complex eye issues who want eyelid surgery, I do refer to oculoplastics...
