I have steroid rosacea in my face (steroid induced rosacea)

Five years ago I used steroid creams for along time so it caused redness in my skin all the time and it caused blood capillaries, I taked oral antibiotic ( azrolid) for more than six months but the redness increase, and I had another antibiotic (vibramycin)but also the redness increase. I'm in bad need of help. Thanks
