I 28 years old female. I have few hair like 8-10 hairs around or the at outer part of the areola in both breasts. Is that normal? What is the safest method to remove it? What is the possible abnormalities that could result in that hair?

It is difficult to tell if this is a burn or just a reaction to the laser. I would definitely use a topical cortisone and Silvadene cream to the treated area. Please consult a board certified dermatologist who is an expert in lasers for the best cosmetic results.
