i'm at the beginning of month 2 on isotretinoin and the doctor increased my dose to 60 mg "i was on 40" the problem is that i have a very resistant boil or curbuncle-like cyst on my cheek which is there for about one month now. It doesn't affect by any sort of topical antibiotic. I'm thinking of taking a three day course of oral azithromycin but still afraid from drug interactions. Any advice ?
