Hi. Six weeks ago, I had a fleur de lis panniculectomy with lipo and had my belly button moved due to the amount of skin removed. My ps told me to wear my garment for six weeks and now that I'm allowed to be without it, I find that I can't comfortably be without it. It's too painful to sit without it and has a lot of pressure when I stand. Also the entire area around and under my belly button is very hard. I massage it with cocoa butter but it hasn't helped. Is this normal?
