Review of the Quanta Pronto laser machine?

Hello, I'm looking to purchase a Quanta Pronto laser hair removal machine. It's supposed to be the latest technology of targeting the melanin & vascular structure of the follicle. Any advice?

The key is to go to a facility with experience in this particular problem (which is common) and which have the right size head laser pieces (needs small head) and know the best settings.
