Will microneedling with PRP and PicoSure focus on the same day help destroy pigment, acne scars and sun damage?

Question

After doing alot of research to me this seems like a good plan to tear down the build up of damage, are these good options or are there better options at least when i can get more money ? will these two work best with each other also ?

Thanks for your question!  You have selected 2 excellent treatments to address your concerns.  Why would you do both on the same day?  You wouldn't be able to evaluate which treatment got the best results.  There isn't one treatment that will work best on everyone.  I would recommend doing a couple of one or the other and then evaluating if you are getting results.  Switch if you think the other would do better.

i think Picosure is great for acne scarring and hyperpigmentation. I believe the microneedling will also be complimentary to the Picosure for your acne scarring. I am not sure how much PRP is a fad, and I am less convinced that it does much - even though it is quite the rage now. Since you do the Picosure once per month, i would probably do the microneedling at least a few days after the Picosure and not on the same day, though it may be ok to do it immediately after the Picosure. david berman md
