I had ear cartilage grafting done about 4 weeks ago to lower my alar rims, and doctor used internal dissolvable stitches. Just want to know if by 4 weeks it's okay to tweeze hairs, or should I wait just so I don't accidentally pull on any stitches still left over?

The nasal swelling is due to edema of the internal lining of the nose when crying. The external nose addressed with your rhinoplasty is not affected by tears. Best wishes. I hope you feel better.
