Antibiotics are not given prior to the operation. The blood level of the antibiotic at the time of incision is what is important so the drugs are given shortly after the idea started.

Hi.  You should be able to do this.  If leaning forward when standing is too difficult, try wiping while sitting on the toilet, just leaning a little to the side.
