I had eyelid surgery in the past due to a car accident that damaged my eyelid and this is the result. Now it’s basically smoothing the skin on upper eyelid. I’ve been told a chemical peel would smooth skin., but my complexion worries me that it would turn out lighter than rest of my skin.
