Best treatment for telogen effluvium???

Question

suffering from telogen effluvium scince 4 months. I had 5 sessions of stem cell mesotherapy and used kaminomoto.only thing that worked was kaminomoto but only on twice daily application otherwise more hair loss occurs, i didn't repeat it. I am on perfectil and iron scince 3 months, and creastim scince one week. Nooo effect yet .hair loss is progressively increasing. Iam on euthyrox 125 due to total thyroidectomy a year ago,hormonal profile is normal. What can i do? I had no positive family history at all.

This will require in person consultation.  The etiology of your continuous hair loss must be determined. If it has been ongoing for 5 months, its unlikely effluvium and due to a secondary cause.  PRP can halt shedding intermittently but unless the reason behind your shedding is not resolved, your hair loss will continue.

The best treatment for a telogen effluvium is to address the underlying cause. In so many cases of TE, there is also another issue going on (such as early androgenetic alopecia, seborrheic dermatitis) that also needs addressing.
