Stitches after surgery. Any suggestions? (photos)

I received a breast augmentation silicone 500cc on March 24, 2016. And my question is being a month later I still have clear floss like stitches. I called and spoke to the medical assistant of the surgical establishment and she assured me that they will fall out which I'm not sure about. The procedure took place in Miami and I reside in New York. So I'm wondering do I pulled them out myself? do I go to urgent care to get it taken care of? Just need some answers thanks

Your question is not silly.  Please call your plastic surgeon for advice because each surgeon would manage this differently.  At a minimum I would suggest that you be treated with an antiviral such as acyclovir.
