Would either laser resurfacing or chemical peel be safe for a patient on Herceptin/Perjeta?

My face is in need of serious rejuvenation. Especially my mouth area from years of smoking and weight loss. I am 59 years old. My dermatologist said lasers are too rough and wouldn't consider it for me because of the Herceptin and Perjeta infusions I receive every 3 weeks. If I was your patient what would you recommend? I would be able to skip one infusion. I really have no adverse reactions to the infusions and my bloodwork is perfect. Thank you doctors!
