How long will it take to see results after profractional laser resurfacing?

Hi jazzy31, I'm sorry to hear that you're disappointed with
the results of your laser skin resurfacing treatment so far. Laser resurfacing
typically causes the treated skin to peel, and it can take up to 3 weeks before
the skin heals. If you've been applying a broad-spectrum sunscreen with at
least a sun protection factor of 30 or higher on a daily basis and your skin
isn't healing, I recommend returning to practice where you had the laser
treatment performed. Laser procedures can be very effective, but require a good
deal of training and experience to get consistent results. Good luck.

Discuss follow up instructions with surgeon. This will gradually heal. However it is impossible to give specific device without seeing you in person and before photos and evaluating settings.

The final results from a laser treatment such as profractional resurfacing evolve over a 3 to 6 month timeframe. Therefore I recommend you try not to evaluate the results yet at this relatively early stage.
