Microneedling can help with smoothing it out! It would take multiple sessions to help minimize it. Another route you can go would be Botox, but not everyone wants to go straight for Botox.
Our treatments use combination therapy to improve the epidermis and dermis. We see atrophic and hypertrophic scars, as well as scars that have hypo and hyperpigmentation. Our main concern is rebuilding collagen and that is why we use a HIDEF protocol that includes combination therapy. Morpheus 8, scar subcision, fibrous release, fractional laser, CO2 laser, Thulium laser, PDL Vbeam laser, and fractional resurfacing can be used in addition to TCA Cross and chemical peels to further improve skin. Patients should start Melarase AM and Melarase PM for active hyperpigmentation. Always begin with a consultation to discuss the best treatment options for your type of skin. . At least from the one photo provided, the horizontal wirnkle line on the forehead appears to be a rather ordinary, commonplace "worry line," i.e. a permanent crease in the overlying "fabric" of the skin that forms following the repetitive motion of the underlying muscle of facial expression. The motion of the motion can continue for years without leaving the crease and then eventually as the collagen and elastic fibers "wear out" with time a permanent crease forms. Botox can be used to diminish the contributory underlying muscle activity and a low viscosity, cohesive, malleable HA filler can be used to elevate and smooth the static crease. You would be wise to consult with a board certified cosmetic dermatologist filler expert and best of luck.
