Iv got a slight overbite but no pain from my jaw yet my chin is very off centre. My jaw is more slanted one side than the other. Is there a type of surgery that could fix it and make the chin central?

You have a complex issue. There are two main issues firstly your teeth do not match. Your llower teeth do not match the top. This can be addressed with braces plus jaw surgery to balance theupper and lower jaws. The appearance can be improved with implants which make a permanent change or fillers for a temporary fix

If you are willing to leave your bite as it is then the chin bone only could be moved to the midline through an intraoral approach. Then a jaw angle implant could be placed at the same time to improve back of the jaw symmetry.
