One boob has dropped the other hasn't and I'm worried? (Photos)

Thank you for your question and photographs.  Some breast asymmetry is quite normal before and after surgery.  Your photograph indicates that you did have some asymmetry prior to your procedure.  That being said, you may want to discuss implant massage at your up-coming follow-up appointment.  Best of luck.

The two breasts were different to begin with and they are still post-op. It might be very difficult to better match them.

Usually by now, the implants should be sitting the same level.  Looking at your photos I can't really tell if the one is high, or the other has fallen too low, below your fold.  In either case, a short operative revision may be necessary.  If the high one is too high, then releasing the tightness underneath with help it descend.  If the other is too low, then it will need the bottom tightened to raise it up to match the other.  Discuss this with your new PS.

Hello, Congratulations on your recent Surgery, I am sorry to hear about your concerns. It is hard to determine from a photo alone but it does appear that the lower breast may be bottoming out and the higher breast is in the right position. I would suggest to book in a consultation with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon to be evaluated in person so you can discuss the best options to correct the asymmetry.We wish you the best of luck!
