PicoWay laser tattoo removal isn't working on me. What other laser should I try? (Photo)

I got a tattoo of a small star on my inner arm 3 years ago. I've had 8 PicoWay treatments and it hasn't faded at all. If it's not responding to that specific machine, is there another that might be better suited to it? Would appreciate any help as it really gets me down :( Thank you!

Thank you for your question!I can't predict if it will or won't work, but if you're unhappy with the results, you can always take off the tattoo with laser treatment.Yes, this can be removed with laser tattoo removal. It will take a series of treatments. I recommend getting a formal evaluation...
