Can Fat from BBL Be Transferred to the Lower Buttock?

Question

I'm am in my decision stage and although I like the results I see, it seems that most of the ladies have fat injected to the top of the booty which leave a flat bottom. I have a flat square butt with no crease.I want the look of that cuff at the bottom and not the look that my butt is attached to my thighs as well as having a full booty. Can this be achieved?

When done correctly by a Brazilian Butt Lift specialist, you can obtain a very nice round shape. Some of this shape depends on what your buttock looks like before, as well as what you desire. Find a board certified plastic surgeon who specializes in this procedure and look at his/her results.

Fat can be transferred to create a different aesthetic based upon individual tastes. This is not a one size fits all procedure. I perform about 500 Brazilian buttlifts each year, and this procedure is the most surgeon dependent plastic surgery procedure. About 25% of my patients have had previous liposuction and Brazilian buttlifts. So it is important to get it right the first time. Find a plastic surgeon with ELITE credentials who performs hundreds of Brazilian buttlifts and liposuction procedures each year. The fat transferred to the buttocks is determined by the physician and the wishes of the patient. The surgeon can show you the natural point of maximal projection, then both decide where the maximal fat needs to be. as for the posterior thigh, be very carefull about that area, it does not forgive and can cause the butt to drop if too much liposuction is dine
