Hello, I'm 3 wks post op, I know I won't see my final results for 3 months however I feel like the bottom half looks very square. My question is "if" I'm unhappy with the final result can I change the shape through working out? Also the bottom right feels hot and sore....

I prefer that patients avoid sitting for the first few weeks. They can get a special pillow that sits under their thighs and avoids pressure on their buttocks. Kneeling is probably not a good idea.
I would recommend having your surgery in the US to reduce the risk of complications. Standard of care is much higher here. Cost varies from surgeon to surgeon. Good luck.
