Thank you for your question.Glute-targeting exercises can be beneficial in growing the gluteal muscles and giving you a perkier, rounder buttocks but you want to cautious of the workouts you are doing and your nutrition. An important key to long lasting results after a BBL is maintaining a stable weight. If your weight fluctuates too much then this can affect your results. If you maintain a healthy, balanced lifestyle without losing or gaining significant weight then you should be able to see long lasting results from your BBL. In regards to the painful, hot to touch area of the buttocks, this is concerning as they are symptoms of infection. I would recommend scheduling an appointment with your doctor immediate to examine it to rule out any complications or get you on the medication needed to treat the issue.
