I'll try to shed some light in your search for facial harmony, field to which I am particularly devoted (facial plastic surgery); here the guidance and plain concepts:-chin implants have serious disadvantages however are popular and widely used by surgeons worldwide for the ease of the technique, simplicity, low costs and lack of high-end skills to perform them; with that said, I advice you against them, they are unstable overtime, very limited and not versatile, look fake very often, they are prone to dislocate, get easily infected, produce nerve pain, etc; the right alternative is undergoing an osseous genioplasty, which can be just sliding one, or with grafting to perform two or three-dimensional modifications in order to augment or reduce any of the chin's axis; in spite of its undisputable and never questionned advantages (llifetime stability, versatility, low complications rate, naturalness, soft tissue remodelling, redefinition of the neck angle, etc.) osseous genioplasties are rarely performed because they are highly demanding technically and few surgeons have genenital background, training and devotion to such technique; if you goole about the osseous genioplasties you'll understand why surgeons who perform this technique would never advice a chin implant to no one patient (this is my experience and position)-with that said, I don't see the point of doing any chin augmentation in your case; if you increas your chin you'll regret, you are attributing unrealistic and magical effects to a chin augmentation which will never occur (e.g. redefining your jawline); by increasing your chin you'd get an overprominent and unsighty weird look, also too much masculine-buccal fat pad.. or Bichat's pad, well, FYI: the Bichat pad is a tiny adipous ball located at the junction of the posterior 2/3 and the anterior 1/3 of the face at the mouth's level; it is really small, and plays a fundamental rol in contouring the cheek, it is so important its role to the point when the pad is absent people get a sick look (marathon runners, anorexics, malnourishment, oncologic or chronic illness, etc) with a hollow dip at the cheek; needless to say... the Bichat or buccal fat pad removal is a myth, and IMHO should never be applied but in very very exceptional cases; additionally, and as conclusion of the former: you will never smooth a round face by removing such a tiny pad; the buccal fat pad removal is a procedure to which is attributed (widely indeed) unrealistic effects, like a total redesign of the craniofacial skeletonTo finish my contribution, I'd like to comment on your nose; your photo set is not complete but from what is seen your nose has a poor work on; I see a typical so-called (polly beak deformity), poor tip definition, a slight saddle-nose (sunken dorsum) deformity, etc. Really deserves a better outcome by means of a good revision work on.
