Do I need ptosis repair? (Photo)

My right eye is more hooded, in which I believe is due to ptosis. It hangs lower on my eye compared to my left eyelid, which makes them look more asymmetrical. I understand everybody is born with asymmetry, but this is something I’m self conscious about. So I’m seeking for help. I’ve also done some research on something called “silent sinus syndrome”. I have very bad sinus pressure that goes into my right eye only. Any advice would be great, thank you!

The eyelid can be revised. It would be best to following with your surgeon or see an expert oculoplastic surgeon.
