Micro-needling after hair transplant and shaving head 1 week post op?

dear doctor i had my hair transplant about 1 week ago and i have been recommended prp injections and prp micro needling but they never told me after how long is this procedure can i do . i would appreciate if you could guide me after how long is secure to do that and when can i shave my full head after hair transplant so i can get all equal hair thanks ! regards ahmed
