Profhilo is new, not much experience but fillers in general do not interfere with Botox/Dysport injections as they target completely different things. I would recommend waiting perhaps 10-14 days between the treatments just top let any swelling or bruising subside.
Most fillers don't interfere with Botox especially if the botox is injected in an area that is not in the same area as the filler. I would check with a board certified Dermatologist or Plastic Surgeon before proceeding.
There is a decent amount of swelling after the Botox injection and this is not common in my experience. I would followup with your injector in person. This may represent an allergic response to the dilutent used to reconstitute the Botox or the Botox itself although the latter is rare.
