This is a great question! CoolSculpt offers multiple applicators for treatments. The newest applicators, they are called the Advantage and Advantage Plus, treat areas in 30 minutes. The applicators prior to the newest ones are an hour per treatment area. It is best to consult with a provider to determine what applicator would work best for the areas you want treated. What is the standard time for each session? The lady said the machine sets it for 30min and can’t be set for more time.

I had CoolSculpting - each side of waist was a 30 min. session. Is this standard? I see some did an hour.

Thank you for your question aerose! The Cutera Enlighten is a great system and we have seen excellent results. Please keep in mind that&nbsp;the colors and age of the tattoo will help determine how many treatments are estimated for removal. White ink is the most difficult&nbsp;color to target. The more pigmented the color is, the easier it is to pull up and remove. With tattoo removal, treatments are spaced apart anywhere from 8-10 weeks. Your body naturally pulls up pigment and removes.&nbsp;It is great that you have done your research and I wish you the best of luck!&nbsp;

...any advice from doctors or those that have had this treatments as far as questions to ask or things to look for? This is a reputable center in my area however I haven’t been able to locate any reviews specifically for tattoo removal. I have multiple tattoos; combination of black &amp; white as well as color. Feeling very hopeful that the Enlighten treatment will work for me after researching and reading several success stories with it. Thanks!

The goal of Laser Genesis is to stimulate collagen, as well as target pigmentation and reduce pores. Patients with a great skin care regimen see better and longer results from Laser Genesis. The Laser Genesis doesn't stops working, however as we age and continue to be exposed to the sun, we create damage to the skin. It's important to maintain!&nbsp;

Since you are having a difficult time finding before and afters, I recommend searching for reviews. Also, calling the office and talking with the staff is another great option. The staff should be very helpful and of course&nbsp;informative on the injector performing the treatments. The reason I ask is because in many plastic surgeon sites (or here) I don’t see a lot of before and after photos of fillers and usually that’s the first think I look at. What else to look for? I’ve been going to a Medi Spa for 4 years &amp; I love my doctor, who is an aging specialist (I’m only 42), but I’m not happy with the results and want to look for a surgeon or dermatologist. You would think in FL all people care about is their bodies because is easier to find a BBL dr than a fillers one!

The price per unit for Dysport can be anywhere from $4.00 and higher. Location and demographic plays a role in how much offices charge per unit.&nbsp;If you feel that you got ripped off I would communicate that to the office you received your Dysport treatments at. I’m thinking maybe 50-60 units i received, which sounds like a ton but I only had like 6 pricks. I paid $430 for this did I get ripped off?

I received Botox and Juvederm done while I was pregnant. Is it going to effect my baby?

Thank you for your question. Unfortunately,&nbsp;Botox, Dysport and Xeomin are the only FDA approved Botulinum toxin in the United States as of now. You are correct, after 10 years of receiving the same treatment consistently you can develop resistance. Age is also a factor. Botulinum toxin is not indicated after a certain age. I have been getting Botox for 10 years &amp; have recently developed a resistance. I have used the same board certified plastic surgeon for over 5 years &amp; always had great results. After a treatment last May, I noticed there was no result so I returned for a second treatment which did not work. Both Dysport &amp; Xeomin have also been ineffective. Three doctors have confirmed that I am resistant. I am confident this is not due to improper technique or poor product. Are there any other options?

It is difficult to give you a direct answer without any photos.&nbsp;When receiving dermal fillers it is common to expect swelling 1-5 days post treatment. Due to the time frame now being one month post treatment I recommend scheduling a follow-up with the injector that performed the treatment. In the meantime, I suggest taking a Zyrtec daily to see if swelling will reduce. Best of luck.

About a month ago I received a tear trough filler. I had swelling for about a week. Today, the treatment area on the left side of my face re-gained swelling. Could this be an infection? Will this go away on its own?

Why do I have swelling one month after tear trough filler?

Many individuals experience bruising or swelling after lip fillers. Usually, these symptoms will reduce 2-3 days post injections, however if you are experiencing pain or discomfort I recommend scheduling a follow-up with the injector that preformed the treatment. In the meantime, you can apply a small amount of topical hydro-cortisone with Aquaphor&nbsp;at bedtime. I hope this helps!&nbsp;
