Will microneedling give me keloids? (photo)

I am a middle Eastern female , 33 years old Never had any botox or needling to my face or any surgical procedure. I am suffering with keliods from childhood Even the normal vaccination what all babies got turned to keliods for me on the both shoulders . I was wondering can I use a derma roller 0.5cm on my face or should I be scared of developing keliods on my face . I don't have any scars or pimples Just uneven tone and dull skin .
