Thank you for your question! This could be for possibly two reasons. 1. You may not be having as aggressive as a treatment as previously since it is a new provider and they aren't as familiar with your skin and how you react. 2. Your skin itself could also be getting used to the procedure so that it doesn't react as much but that doesn't mean you aren't getting a good treatment. I would recommend talking with your current provider that did your last treatment and ask them what depth microneedling you had done. You can also ask your previous provider as well and compare the two. Hope this helps!
