Saggy breast with large nipples, how can I make them look full and natural? (Photo)

This would allow your plastic surgeon to resize and reposition your areolas higher on the breast mound while removing excess skin.I recommend that you book an in-person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon in your area.All the best

Thank you for your question and photo. Based on your photo, you appear to be an excellent candidate for a breast lift, also known as mastopexy. This procedure lifts and reshapes the breasts, tightening the breast skin and creating a more youthful bust line. Your plastic surgeon can also resize and reposition the areolas. You may wish to include a small breast implant to increase fullness, as a breast lift on its own will not affect breast size. Good luck!
 

Thank you for your question. From the picture, it looks as if you would benefit from a lift that included a reduction of the areola, and an augmentation to increase volume. There are so many options available for breast implants today, including size, shape, placement, etc., so you shouldn’t have to worry about the implants being hard or unnatural. Looking at your photos I might say that you´ll be a great candidate to get a breast lift with implants, this is because your chest looks a bit saggy and the implants will definitely help you fill the superior pole of your breast giving you an excellent and beautiful shape.

Before all this, of course, you need to get to a complete medical evaluation and laboratory exams to check everything is fine. For us your safety, always, is going to be first.

The best procedure for you is breast lift with or without implants. However, it will leave scars. I do not think you will achieve your wish goal without scars.

Thank you for your question and photo.  Although no one really wants any scars sometimes a high quality scar is a good tradeoff for better contour.  Of course you will have to decide this for yourself and determine if you would prefer better shaped breasts with a breast lift or no scars.  A breast lift for you is critical to shaping your breasts.  A large implant alone will only increase the size of your breasts but not fundamentally address the issues your are most concerned about.Good luck with your breast shaping journey.Dr. Remus Repta

Thank you for the question and photo.  You would benefit from a breast lift (mastopexy).  This surgery will lift the breast, tighten the breast skin, keep the feel natural, and will make the areolas smaller.  If you did the breast augmentation you would still need to have a lift.  The breast implants will make you larger.  When ready schedule a consult with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon to discuss your concerns and what surgery will help you achieve the look you want and also about the scars.  Best Wishes. 

Based solely on your photos, you look as if you would do well with a breast lift either with or without an implant. It will return your breasts to a higher point on your chest. However, it does entail scars. That is the trade off.
