Could my pain be a pinched nerve?

lesliegarcia295
My symptoms are hard to explain. It's not a pain but more of discomfort and soreness. My left side has been my slower healing side. I did get a steroid shot about three weeks out because of my pain in my scapular and sternum area. Did get better, change of bras help. But my discomfort back but not on my boob directly more on my arm, side of rib cage, scapula area. I'm always having to pop my arm. Imy bicep always feels sore and with pressure.
