Will high intensity exercise impact grafts 1.5 months after a hair transplant?

Hi, I had my hair transplant 45 days ago for 5000 grafts. And from yesterday I have started gym. Is it okay to do daily 1 hr gym? I usually do 20 mins cardio and then weights training, which is a bit high intensity where the heart rate reaches at 160-180.is it going to impact the grafted area or further hair loss?

After 45 days post surgery, it is safe for you to continue your exercise routine. If you are concerned, contact your surgeon.

You can continue regular exercise, it will not impact your hair transplant after 45 days.  The grafts are like your normal hair at this point.
