Will high intensity exercise impact grafts 1.5 months after a hair transplant?

Thank you Shams44us for your question and congratulations on your procedure.  At this point you can be back to your normal work out with no restrictions.  

After 45 days post surgery, it is safe for you to continue your exercise routine. If you are concerned, contact your surgeon.

You can continue regular exercise, it will not impact your hair transplant after 45 days.  The grafts are like your normal hair at this point.

At this point your grafts are just like your untransplanted hair and you can resume any exercise you want.

14 days after your procedure you are totally safe to go back to exercising. So at 45 days post op there is absolutely no risk at all.

You are at the stage when nothing will happened to transplanted grafts,  you can do any type of activities with no hesitation. 

At 45 days, you can do any activity you wish from heavy lifting, pull ups and even scuba diving if you want to do that
