Can I Drink Alovera 15days After Tummy Tuck and Lipo to Flanks?

Ive heard the gel of aloe vera helps the skin, and good for inflammation along with many other benefits. Im 15 days post op , and feeling great. will it hurt me to drink aloe vera?

If you are concerned about postop recovery, I would encourage you to have the procedure at a hospital or surgery center where you can stay overnight.  This has been the traditional way to recover from this procedure and only in recent years have outpatient tummy tucks become popular...

With your surgeons approval, you should be able to do some desk work. But don't push yourself, increase work gradually, be sure to get up and ambulate (walk) once an hour. Everyone recovers differently so you will have to see how you feel.

Dear WOB,   It sounds like you should see your surgeon. It is important to rule out any fluid collections such as seromas or hematomas. Hopefully you just have normal swelling or edema post operatively. The only way to know for sure is to be examined by your surgeon or another...

It looks like a stitch is spitting out. Sometimes the ody doesn't absorb absorbable stitches. I bet it's a virulent suture coming out. In any case, go see your ps. They wil need to address it either by removing the suture or making wound dressing suggestions.    Best, Asif...
