Ive heard the gel of aloe vera helps the skin, and good for inflammation along with many other benefits. Im 15 days post op , and feeling great. will it hurt me to drink aloe vera?

I am not sure why you would still have such hard tissue 1 1/2 year after a TT: did you have any infection,hematoma, seroma or fat necrosis ? all these could prolong the healing and create hard scar tissue, yes.

With your surgeons approval, you should be able to do some desk work. But don't push yourself, increase work gradually, be sure to get up and ambulate (walk) once an hour. Everyone recovers differently so you will have to see how you feel.
