Question

I am 6 weeks out; lower bleph w/fats transfer. Right eye towards corner seems bound up (doesn't move freely). Dr. says we seemed to have traded one problem for another. Eye bags are gone but seem to have bags lower down closer to cheek bones. Still have fluid type swelling with bruising that seems worse on some days. Also under my right eye it looks very flat. Should I massage under the right eye? Should I be worried? Will I ever look normal again? Will chemical peel help resolve bags?

There are many different types of chemical peels, but all of them can 
irritate the skin causing redness, peeling, and itching. If there is 
brusing and swelling a chemical peel should not be done since it does 
not help reduce either of those condition. I would recommend Dermend 
cream twice daily for 4-6 weeks to reduce the brusing and applying cool 
compresses for the swelling.

In my over internet opinion without the opportunity of IN PERSON examination I would NOT do any type of "peeling' at this post operative time frame. You still have swelling and discoloration from the surgery. You need more healing time!!!! I might recommend hydrquiniones 4%+++ RX did. Plus I use external RF therapies, i.e. ThermiSmooth RF 2 to 3 sessions fee $800 per session.
