Had double eyelid ptosis surgery and eyelid is misshapen and won't close all the way. Can this be undone? (Photo)

I had double eyelid ptosis surgery 25 years ago (I was 4 years old). Growing up I have always a been self conscious of my left eye because it is over corrected, scarring and when I close my eye the eyelid look squiggly. I have also had a lot of pain even when I put ointment in at night. I had gone back to the surgeon that did my eye and he told me "I don't see any difference and your eyes looks wonderful. Just keep putting in eye drops." Is there any way of undoing this?
