Got 605 cc under the muscle. Have tuberous breasts and I can still see them sitting on top of the implant. I'm 5 months out of surgery and I think it's permanent. How can this be corrected?

It is recommended that failed implants be removed. Most would choose to replace them as well. Potential problems caused by the leakage can included lumps from silicone granulomas and scar tissue leading to capsular contractures. Although not an emergency, this should be done in a timely manner.
Dear kisttt,
you should remove or replace ruptured implant and sometimes it can be done under local anesthesia. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.....
