Is it safe to use Kelo-Cote gel on scarring under breasts?

Thank you for your question and photos. You are very early in your post operative course. The scars typically look their most red at 4 months and then better at 10 months or so. Most plastic surgeons will wait a year before performing most major scar revisions. Some will move the timeline...

   Animation of the envelope by the muscle after implant removal may be improved with scar release.  However, the muscle may produce this result after the scar forms.

    A hard mass after silicone extravasation and implant removal could be scar or residual silicone granuloma or calcific area.  At 12 days that would be hard to sort out.  Hopefully, the imaging done before the surgery ruled out any other masses.
