Should I dissolve my filler?

I would dissolve as chronic nodules can becomeScar tissue which will not be dissolvable within hyaluronidase. I have dissolved many lil fillers. You will experience so swelling at first which will resolve. The skin will retract. I would wait 2-4 weeks until refill if you desire fuller lips.

In my opinion, fillers do not migrate.
The concept of filler migration is a poor excuse for poor technique.
At five months most of your filler is probably gone.
Is unlikely that reversing is going to change your outcome.
Fillers can create long-term changes in soft tissues.
This is not necessarily due to remaining filler, but can be a change in tissue volume for reasons, we are uncertain of.
Most likely it represents scar tissue due to inflammation from the previous filler.
This is more likely if there was significant bleeding and bruising during the procedure.
I suggest he simply wait out the process and be highly selective when choosing providers.
You can try reversal if you’d like but it’s five months it is unlikely to make a difference.
